世界的な胡弓の音楽家であり作曲家・二胡演奏家の王憓（Ray Wong)氏の二胡曲『岩手夜曲』に、岩手県釜石市出身の歌手・観音めぐみが作詞。 この曲は、2011.3.11震災後にRay Wong氏が岩手県を訪れ、東日本大震災を悼んで作られた曲です。 二胡を学んでいる観音めぐみに「岩手夜曲」というこの素晴らしい曲との出会いがあり、作詞のご縁をいただき、歌わせていただきました。 ふるさとの復興を願って。 愛しい人を想いながら… 英語バージョンの歌詞は、クロード・チアリの長女、クリステル・チアリが担当！ AKB48、横浜DeNAベイスターズ、海外への楽曲提供をしている作編曲家、柴田晃一による絵画的世界観の岩手夜曲が完成。 心に寄り添ってくださった世界中の皆様へ ”ありがとう”の言葉と共に、届きますように。

The lyrics were written by Megumi Kanno, a singer from Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture, to the erhu song “Iwate-ken Nocturne” by world-renowned erhu musician, composer and erhu player Ray Wong. The song was written by Ray Wong after he visited Iwate Prefecture following the 11 Mar 2011 earthquake and mourned the Great East Japan Earthquake. Megumi Kanno, who is studying erhu, had an encounter with this wonderful song called ‘Iwate-ken Nocturne’ and was invited to write the lyrics and sing the song. Wishing for the recovery of my hometown. Thinking of my beloved ones… The English version of the lyrics was written by Christelle Ciari, Claude Ciari’s eldest daughter! Iwate Yakyoku is completed with a picturesque world view by Koichi Shibata, a composer and arranger who has provided songs for AKB48, Yokohama DeNA Bay Stars and other organisations outside Japan. We hope it will reach everyone around the world who has been close to our hearts, with the words “Thank you”.
